Napa and San Francisco, CA

After leaving Yosemite, we headed to Northern California. We did stop at a Blue Beacon so that Todd could have a bath. Well worth it!!

Mark had a number of meetings in Calistoga, San Jose and Stockton, but we did get to spend some time driving around Napa, exploring San Francisco, and hanging with some new friends, especially the DeFina family for an incredible dinner and fun evening at their home! (

Castillo Del Amorosa was a quick tour with beautiful grounds. The old mill was so pretty as well!

We were able to get some much needed work done on Todd (oil change for truck and generator, tires and brakes checked, all fluids checked and topped off and an electrical short was fixed) at Triton Truck repair in Vallejo. Great guys!

While Mark headed to San Jose for a meeting, the kids and I rented a car and drove into San Francisco to see the sites!

We drove over the Golden Gate Bridge,

Watched the ocean at Fisherman’s Wharf,

Drove down the famous crazy windy street,

Watched a street performer play a bunch of instruments all at once,

And stopped by the Full House houses!!

We stayed at the Skyline Wilderness Park in the Napa area – fairly level gravel pull through spot with electric and water. Dump station on site.

Great couple of days in Northern California!
